The Flow Coach Accreditation is the ultimate performance coach training. We designed it to train our own coaches and now it is open for you too.
This course is ideal for anyone wanting to become a coach. It is also applicable for existing coaches, psychologists, managers, leaders, or professionals who want a high performance playbook; we have many existing professionals retrain with us to enhance their training, leadership, communication and performance skills.

Sue is a flow scientist, sport psychologist, and author.
Sue has been involved in the psychology of flow since completing a PhD on flow state in elite athletes in the early 1990s. Sue is one of the most cited authors on flow. Sue is a psychologist, mindfulness, yoga, and meditation teacher. She has been a university lecturer for many years and facilitated many courses in personal and professional development for over three decades.

How much does it cost and what does it include? The Flow Coach Accreditation Level 1 course price is US$6,495 (est.€5995/ £5095/AU$9475). Is it worth the money? You bet. Investing in yourself is sometimes hard to do, but this course content has helped many others start careers, improve their relationships, become better leaders, advance their current job performance, and transform their overall life skills and satisfaction levels. At US$10,995 (est. €9825/£8263/AU$14695) this course is very good value for money and comparable to similar courses in the market. Typically, you get what you pay for, and this course is no different. It is important to assess the trainers and coaches on the course as you will likely do this training only once. The quality of your coach training will determine your ability, confidence, network, contacts, and skills you possess when you start coaching.
Cancellation and Withdrawing Policy Refunds will not be permitted after the course has commenced. Withdrawal will be at the participants cost. If the withdrawal is due to the fault of the Flow Centre, then a refund minus deposit and percentage of course undertaken will occur. Cancellation within 30 days of course commencement result in a 50% refund. Cancellation within 31-60 days of course commencement result in a 70% refund. Cancellation more than 60 days of course commencement result in a 100% refund. If you do not pass the course requirements (i.e., coaching competence) and performance evaluation, additional attempts to pass the performance evaluation will be billed at US$350 (Includes thorough feedback and performance evaluation). If you have to pull out of the course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will place you on the next course for unfinished components of the course. Course graduation and accreditation will not be distributed until all course components are met.
Are there any payment plans available? Yes, we can offer different options of payment plans according to your preferences. Please just contact us through the form below and let us know you'd be interested in knowing about the payment plans.
Do I still have access to the course after I’m finished? Absolutely. You leave the course with a large course manual that you can use for years to come. Further you can continue to engage with FC coaches long after the course. Many trainee coaches now work with FC and enjoy FC supervision, ongoing training updates, and much more.
Can I do this course whilst working full time? Absolutely, most people do. You will need to dedicate a lot of time, however, to completing the components of the course; it is recommended that you plan your time wisely.
Do I have to practice every day? No. In the course we will set some new positive habits for you to engage with. For maximum benefit, we recommend that you integrate the skills learnt on the course into your daily life straight away. Put simply, the more you practice these tasks, the more your awareness will grow and the deeper your training will become—but daily participation is not compulsory.

Do I get a certificate? Yes. You will get a diploma by the Flow Centre, and you will also be able to apply for ICF accreditation with over 143 hours of coach training.
How do I secure my place on the course? 20% of the course fee is required to secure your deposit and place on the course. Full payment is due 60 days prior to course commencement.
Can I do level 1 and then upgrade to LEVEL 2 after? Yes you can. It is financially much more economical to commit to LEVEL 2 straight away, but you can graduate from LEVEL 1 and then do LEVEL 2 straight afterwards or another year.
