Flow Code Workshop

The Flow Code Workshop will show you why most people are operating at a sub-optimal level, why despite all the efforts, the stress rates are only climbing and how flow is helping the world's best athletes and companies to increase their performance, embrace complexity and be their best when it matters most.

We will teach you how to:

• How to develop proven factors that enable and sustain flow in your coaching
• How to identify the barriers to optimal performance
• How to develop proven factors that enable and sustain flow in your coaching
• How to approach the values that foster flow environments
• How to use the system to run a diagnostic and plan an intervention
• How to become an accredited Flow Coach

This workshop is for you if you are a:

• Coach, psychologist, manager or leader: ​You are already qualified and work with others but need the skills to help them perform at their best.
• Aspiring coach: You still don't have an accreditation to work with others but you want to become a performance coach and run a successful coaching practice.
